because we are a very small team and due to the laborious nature of selling vintage, we are not able to handle returns or exchanges at this time. We do our best to provide detailed descriptions, including sizing and measurements for each item, so please read closely before purchasing. Although we cannot offer refunds or exchanges, if you have an issue with your order please reach out to us for assistance and we will do what we can to come to a fair and reasonable solution.

shipping:

please allow 2-3 weeks for standard shipping to the US. We are a small shop based in Rome and therefor shipping and handling time varies. Express 2-day shipping can be arranged for an additional charge. For all orders we will provide you with standard tracking without insurance. If desired, insurance can be requested for an additional charge.

disclaimers:

condition: with few exceptions, everything that we sell is vintage, meaning it has been worn or at least stored for a number of years and therefore most of the time will not have the same condition of a new item. That said, we inspect each item closely and make note of anything that would affect the wearability of an item.

sizing: in our descriptions we will list the tag size if there is one. As international sizing varies widely and because all sizing changes overtime, we also provide detailed measurements for each item.
